Hello I have a custem built pc but the moniter shows no input I thought it was the power supply so I got a new one and every thing is new exept one hdd I have 2

Solution
post your build.

Double check the graphics card and monitor manuals to make sure you've connected the right ones together. Check the cable is fully connected.

Check the graphics card is fully plugged into and locked into the pcie slot and that the power supply connectors are fitted properly to the card

Did you buy it builded from someone or did you build it by yourself?
Looking in to the configs lets see something that explains that.

Another question
Does the computer do any beep noise?
If yes how many beeps do you hear?

@Edit:

So i think probably is your Power Supply is just to low for all the stuff you have.
Only your Graphic Card and Processor uses already 625 Watts.
I need you to post here all the config of your pc.
Like how many HDD, SSD you have.
Monitors, Fans, every piece of the computer so i can do the calculation and see if the problem really is the Power Supply or if is something else.
So please post everything that your pc has, lights...
Waiting for it so i can help you more.

Get a good power supply - from Tier One -http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html#13224310

Go thru this checklist - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

If that doesn't help, then you need to swap parts out. For an R9 270X pc, you need a power supply that will provide a minimum 24A on the 12V rail and 500W in total.
You should aim to get as good a one as you can afford eg something from Tier One - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html#13224310 eg Antec HCG 520M, XFX 550, Seasonic 520

I'd start with a good brand power supply.
