Asus M5A78L motherboard compatible with my AMD FX-4300 4 Core Processor?

Just purchased my first ever build and have run into a lot of issues already with no display output available, narrowed the issue down to the mother board. my new motherboard is a Asus M5A78L will this be compatible with my AMD FX-4300?

Yes it will work with the 4300, but since the question is already answered. I might as well give you my recommendations: I highly recommend you to upgrade to the 6300 or the 8530. Unless you are on a budget, but seriously for $10 why not go for the better processor? Also, don't presume the 4300 is better due to higher base clock speed.(Just a commonality I find between people who purchase the 4300.
