I'm upgrading a friends computer so we can play games together, however witch processor would work with 8 GB ram and a gtx 640? A core 2 quad q9550 at $130 or a core 2 quad qx 6700 at $85. Is the q9550 worth the extra $45 over the Qx 6700 for an older system like this or should I just get an extreme core 2 duo? Also We cannot over clock.
