Windows 8.1 problem.. Help?

Hey so, I just updated to windows 8.1 and made my account to a local account. Started getting these freezes at computer start when I go to my documents and try to view the files. I looked at the event viewer and found Event ID 10010 after every freeze. This is the reg key. {1B1F472E-3221-4826-97DB-2C2324D389AE} I've tried to fix it but can't seem to get it right. Please help, kind of annoying..

I did try that, found a solution finally actually for the moment at least :). Had to go to C:\Windows\System32 and rename skydrive application to skydrive.old and it worked without the freeze :). Might only be temporary dunno, well see :)
