Solution
A 5750 should only need a 400w psu with one 6 pin pcie lead.
Coolermaster is considered to be a lesser quality unit, but if you are not seeing artifacts, the psu is not likely your problem.

Today, a 5750 is considered only an entry level graphics card.
You will game better if you upgrade it.
Spend $150 or so on a GTX750ti which will give you a nice boost and still be able to run on your current psu.

Past that, look at a psu upgrade.
You have selected a very low-quality PSU, although it should be enough for that system. At best, the HD5750 was a modest gaming card perhaps 2-3 years ago, so by today's standards it is very weak. On your current PSU, your safest choice is a GTX750Ti, which needs no auxiliary power.
