That motherboard has its uses and is worth buying if it matches your needs.

But buying a 4770K and not overclocking it makes no sense. Get the 4770 (non-K) and save a few bucks if you actually have need for the hyperthreading. Otherwise go for an i5 and save yourself ~25% with virtually the same performance (unless you are rendering, encoding, or otherwise running heavy CPU loads on the system)

If you will buy a 4770K you should buy a motherboard with a Z87 or Z97 chipset.
You will have the potential to increase your cpu capability by 20% conservatively.

If you are set against overclocking, buy a 4770 instead which will be cheaper and pair it with a cheaper B85 based motherboard.
