Im going to buy a used r9 290 from sapphire that costs 220dollars. I want to cool this card but how? I've heard that water cooling is very fgood for these cards, but when i checked it out it seemed super advanced.
So whats the best cooling solution, and if i go with water cooling can someone post the parts i need and tell me how to attach it to the GPU.
My budget is about 100dollars but i could maybe go 20dollars more even though im pushing it on 100dollars.
any help is apreaciated, thanks in advance! :)

Sure.
Here's the Kraken G10 itself, you haven't specified which shop you prefer so I decided to give Newegg links:
Black: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835146037
White: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835146036
Red: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835146038

Now coolers, I think that all of them are all in one kits so that means that you don't need anything except them and G10.
With G10 most people use Kraken X40... which seems to be discontinued, well, you can use X60 which is also compatible (link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835146028 ) - it's more powerful but also quite expensive. Cheapest compatible cooler is Corsair's H50 (link...

i want a good cooling solution for the 290 so that i cant output the most out of it and so that it can last me as long as possible.

Unfortunately it's a work i progress, however they have a promo: you send them your card, they laser-scan it and in reward for your participation send you waterbolock, bracket and backplate with the card for free. Details here: http://www.alphacool.com/temp/Alphacool%20Press%20Release.pdf It may be Germany only though, they haven't specified it.

Yeah, however if you don't mind the looks get NZXT Kraken G10 and all-in-one compatible cooling kit, that's a simplier way. By the way air cooling isn't a bad idea, Accelero Extreme is really guiet and keeps GPU very cool too.

I'm not bigges watercooling expert and I don't know what is your goal so ufortunately I can't tell which cooler will be best for you, above are just examples. It seems that you just have to read some reviews of the cooler you are interested in. Here are all compatible coolers, crossed ones are not available on newegg.

well i got my 2 spahhire r9 290's (yes it was 2 but im going to sell one of them , long story) But where will i get the water? is it all in? do i only need the g10 and for exampel the h90 and then it will pump water trough the gpu and cool it? Is the h60 good, is it all in one too?

Also if i go with the accelero IV will i need to buy additional heatsink because it comes with 12 i think and the r9 290 has 16. thanks for all the help so far!

Coolers come filled with water, they're unrefillable. So you only need Kraken and all-in-one kit to cool GPU. H60 is also an all-in-one however it's not officially supported by Kraken. If you want H60 anyway, keep in mind that there are 2 versions on market - H60 and H60 v2.
You don't need to buy additional heatsinks, some of memory won't be covered but it it doesn't heat that much to need additional heatsinks.
