best motherboard for $170 z97/z87

i need a good z97 motherboard for gaming and video editing...also it should be the best when it comes to overclocking and audio,...here are some of the boards i could find...which is the best ??

MSI Z97-GAMING 5
asrock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer
asrock Z97 Extreme 6
asrock Z97 Extreme 4

which is the best my cooler will be h100i or h110 or h105

I'd go the Asus Z97-A at $150 or a little over budget the Asus Z97 Pro - they had the best with the z87s and seem to be continuing with the Z97, saw marked improvement with the Z97 Hero over the Z87 Hero and that was the best Z87 I worked with (mine's in sig)
