Asrock h87 performance features rich and cheap
From personal experience asrock is reliable
You wont get all this features and price in other brands i also suggest to get the i5 4570, and avoid corsair vs series its pretty bad and also doesn't support haswell.
As for the vga Id suggest the EVGA or Gigabyte for the 760.
You dont need a z87 motherboard as they are focused on overclocking.

ya true. but considering other features, my gpu & the fact that i'm not going to upgrade my pc for next 2-3 years i'm looking at what options i have. The major imp reason or factor im looking here is better gaming experience. through fps and overall. so please suggest accordingly

The MB does play the major role of the games, the GPU is more important, you have the i5 even you get the k version after you oc the cpu, your game fps will not increase too much.
Like i5 4670k at 3.4 or 4.6ghz http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2013/06/12/intel-core-i5-4670k-haswell-cpu-review/5
And the some MB benchmark http://us.hardware.info/reviews/4444/46/33-haswell-motherboard-group-test-26x-z87-4x-h87-and-3x-b85-benchmarks-passmark-8-cpu-and-ram
And the one of H87 review. http://extremespec.net/gigabyte-ga-h87m-d3h-motherboard-review-design-testing-performance/3/

thanks. i think i might go for H87. economical way. could you please confirm that the gpu MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozer Gaming Graphic 2GB OC is OC'd already from the factory ? and what that limit the potential of my gpu on a non-oc compatible mobo which you mentioned above ?
