Is it the XFX PRO750W Core Edition 80+ Bronze

Either is fine.
You can get the non-modular version:

or the semi modular version for a higher price:

XFX has always offered very high quality. While I would agree EVGA is making good strides, it will take more than one generation of products for some to move away from XFX (or Seasonic for that matter). Not sure what better quality the EVGA could have... Any links to share?

Gold ratings are nice and all, but the difference in up front cost doesn't justify the annual savings spread over three years. You won't be pulling significantly less power from the wall outlet... In a datacenter and some business settings a Gold rating may make sense (being on all the time and always having a processing load).
