It's not there because you can't overclock on the H67 boards, Asus was dumb putting an unsupported feature in the P8H67 mobo manual. http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/280619-29-tweaker-missing

To Justine Remosura: "AI Tweaker" only applies to ASUS motherboards. Intel boards do not have that feature.
