So i am just asking because im no pro when it comes to computer parts, will the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card work with my current setup? It is a follows:
Asus M3N-HT Deluxe motherboard
4gb RAM
1TB WD hard drive
450w psw
ENGTX 260 (of what im replacing)
Thanks for feedback just want to know as im a little unsure, and thanks! :)

Solution
well on my side ..i do not think with your actually rig you will able to do a decent upgrade...i mean , is better to replace
everythings , and built a real one rig because your motherboard do not support at least a fx 6300 cpu.
so even if you put a killer gpu..the cpu will bottleneck the entire system
and what kind of psu you have? model/brand/efficiency?

Yes it will run, but your motherboard has pci-e 2.0 and not 3.0 that will be a pretty decrease in performance.
And besides you have a HDD that will slow things down

Uh, probably, 4GB of RAM could cause a bottleneck. I need to know what CPU you have.

No, the difference between PCI Express 2.0 X16 and 3.0 X16 are actually.... here it is.... pretty much the same for a single GPU card.
