So basically I would like to know if the 5830 I just got(Amazing deal btw $45 Still in box) Will work on a Antec True power Trio 550w PSU. It has 3 12V rails, all carrying 18A. The Card uses around 170W and 35-40A.
My other components are:
Core 2 extreme QX6850
DX38BT mobo with stock cooling
8gb of OCZ low voltage ram
2x7200rpm HDD
Dvd Burner
I usually don't use small power supplies like this, but it's only one I had laying around and I'm building this for my younger brother.
