hello, so I'm couple of days from buy new components for my PC, My main aim is to play games smoothly and have no problems like stuttering ect. Since my budget is £900 - £950(MAX) i have decided to go for the parts below. But my biggest problem is the CPU cooling, i've always thought that h100i is a great choice but now that im so close to buying the components and that budget plays a bigger role i'd rather spend the money somewhere else so i've looked around and found a cooler with great reviews and great performace the Cooler Master hyper 212 EVO. So my question is should i buy the h100i or the EVO if im planning on doing minor overclocking to start with then maybe in future go higher and should i go for 16gb ram + SSD or 8gb RAM and a better GPU like shown in second parts list.

I'd love to get a custom waterloop but i think that it would be a waste of money in my case as i'm only a "gamer" and theres no need for my CPU to hit speeds of 4.9 5.0 since it would only give me a 3- 10 fps increase, anyway thanks for your response help a ton.

switch to a i5 4690 same performance, less price. get noctua u14 to cool cpu, room for oc.
skip the tiny ssd and get a 780 instead. this should be the same price after the changes but more fps in games, barely room for games in that ssd anyways so same loading time as well.

I'd prefer the i7 for hyperthreading with will come useful later on in school ect. also if i swap the parts it actually comes to £924, ill consider the 780. Thanks for answer but i think ill stick with what i have also the SSD is only a boot able drive

Yeah i was considering 8GB but i think that 16gb will mean that i wont have to upgrade in the future. Although if i downgrade and get rid of ssd i might be able to buy a better GPU ? hmm... thanks for help
