Is this legit and if so how do I fix it
"I wanted to make it a little quieter so I installed the Arctic Cooler with Arctic Silver thermal paste. All went well...so I thought. I upgraded my entire system. I overclocked the GTX690 to 135% power, and 100/150 which is where I had run the card forever with no problems. I played Titanfall...no problems. I played BF4 (ultra) and the video just stopped. I swore abit, and tried a reboot with to no avail. No BIOS, but I could see on the Logitech Keyboard display that windows and the CPU were booting up just fine. I took the card out, and installed another card, and it booted up just fine. I assume I fried the card.I took the Arctic cooler off. I didn't notice any burn marks. Re-applied arctic silver, hooked it up again, and one thing changed. I see one gpu in the keyboard display. No video on the monitor."
