New memory - RAM failing?

Hi,
I just bought two 8gb Kingston HyperX Predator 2133MHz RAM sticks, one of which I put into my PC that already has two identical (but 1 year older) RAM sticks for a total of 24gb of memory.
Up till now I have been running the two RAM sticks at 1600MHz since I had trouble increasing the rate. Now, after updating my motherboard (ASUS M5a99x EVO R2) drivers, I can set all three of them to 2133MHz. Though the last 4 days I have been using the expanded memory, my PC crashes randomly at least 4 times a day. Sometimes it crashes shortly after starting up, sometimes crashes under load sometimes crashes while idle, it seems random.

I ran memtest86+ 5.01 for 7 hours and this is what I got:
show.php

Anyone has experience with problems like this? What can I do about it?
Thanks!

Hi, I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support and would like to offer our assistance. The AMD FX8350 memory controller only supports memory speeds up to 1866MHz which could be the issue. Your motherboard is also a dual channel board and could be glitching since you are overclocking with the memory installed in an unsupported memory configuration. The board supports three memory configurations: one module in DIMM_A2, two modules in DIMM_A1/DIMM_A2, or all four modules installed with matching modules in DIMM_A1/DIMM_A2 and DIMM_B1/DIMM_B2. I have also seen reports online about the FX8350 only supporting 1866 in a 1DPC configuration meaning it will only work with two modules at that speed. To see if the memory is erroring or if there is...

So I have to remove my cpu cooler 3 times to do this? Ugh, I'm not looking forward to that :(
But the memtest shows that something is wrong with one of them?

EDIT: Forgot to mention that applications also close randomly sometimes without crashing the pc, could be memory error too. Sometimes the PC also just restarts without the BSoD.
The longest I have been using the pc without it crashing anything is about 5 hours

I'm not sure how memtest works, does it take these things into consideration? it seems like the memtest ran at 1044MHz all the way though testing, as I can see from above sceen capture.
Should my CPU (FX 8350) have problems running RAM at 2133 MHz?

To see if the memory is erroring or if there is some overclocking issue, it would be best to set the BIOS to default and run the memory test to see if any errors are produced. If there are then testing the modules in their matched pairs would be the next step to see which set is the problem, so it can be replaced.
