How well would two gtx 770s 2gb reference evga models stack up against 4k or 2560x1600? I imagine I could turn down Anti Aliasing to grab some extra fps since the resolution is so high. Can I expect fps in the 60s for 2560x1600 and the 40s for 4k? I have an i7 4770k btw

Depending on the settings you should definitely be fine. I have one gtx 770 powering an ASUS 1440p display and I have no complaints. Battlefield 4 at medium settings with no AA I get an average of 100 fps never dipping below 80. If I put AA at x2 then I get a minimum of 50(I dont remember the average fps because I always leave AA off). As for 4k your definitely going to want more then 2gb of VRAM but leaving it off should give you acceptable performance in most games.
