Hi, I will try to make this easy to understand because even I, doesn't understand the source of the problem. (I do not dispose of every information as of right now, but will in the near future)
*SPECS AT THE END OF POST*

- I had ISP Router for tvs + Modem + Optic fiber + WD N600 Router
- In my room, I have a Western Digital Net N600 Router for laptops and cellphones
- After a power breakout, I had almost no internet, around 5Mb/s Down and 10Mb/s Up when I pay for 50Mb/s Download and Upload, only my main Gaming PC had this issue. Every other device had 45-50Mb/s.
- I changed the Ethernet wire from my Router to my PC, nothing changed.
- I updated my Intel(R) LAN driver, nothing
- I restarted my PC, once in Windows 7(64 bit, home premium) I had no more Internet.
- I went and updated my BIOS (mobo = Asus Sabertooth Z87), reboot my PC, still no Internet.
- Plug the Modem Ethernet cable directly into PC, I had internet.
- I went and buy a new Router (Dlink AC1600)
- After plugging in the New Router, I had Internet AND Wifi with default password and SSID
- After my gaming session, I decided to Setup my Dlink AC1600.
- At the "Registering Mydlink" step, it failed because it couldn't connect to internet
- Now, my AC1600 have a green power LED and a Blinking Orange Ethernet LED even when directly plugged into the Modem.
- My WD N600 router can now have wifi, but the LEDs behind the LAN port does not light up when plugging Cables in it.

Resume: Can have internet directly from Modem to my PC, cannot have Wifi or LAN working with Dlink AC1600, can have wifi with WD N600 but no Ethernet(LAN) port working.
