This is what I could come up with. I just have a couple questions for you guys. Does this look OK? If I wish to do BOTH gaming AND video editing/music production (Sony Vegas, music production software, etc.), should I go with an i5 build OR, should I go with an i7 build. Would the i5 or the i7 be a better choice for future gaming releases? Is a sound card necessary, or will on board audio suffice? (really looking for accurate sound quality). OR, instead of a build in general, a pre-built PC, like the HP Envy.

I really appreciate the help. I'm determined to go with the parts listed above, but just would like some feedback whether or not it's good or overpriced/unnecessary for what I wish to do.
Thank you!

Looks ok for a gaming rig.

For editing you might be better off with two 2tb drives (or a 1tb& 2tb combo) rather than the single 3tb. You want to separate your source and destination drives so that one drive isn't trying to read and write at the same time.
