Okay so here's the story folks. As I said in a previous thread I built a gaming PC on pcpartpicker which gave my PC an estimated watt usage of around 390w. I was straining my budget as is so I decided to cheap it out and go for a 430w Corsair 80+ Bronze PSU. Now I noticed I haven't been getting the same performance I've been seeing other people get, although my performance is still acceptable.
My specifications include a FX 8320, GtX 760, 8gb ram at 1600, 1tb of HDD. Weird thing is it has been running fine without hiccups. But would it be recommended that I get a new PSU with higher wattage? If it increases performance I'll hop on that bandwagon. Thank you in advance.

Hi - The PSU has enough power for that setup, however it doesn't have a lot of headroom for OC. If you are going to OC for xtra game performance, then it would make sense to move to a good quality 550w unit, if you don't plan on OC, a higher wattage PSU probably won't provide a noticeable difference.

Personally, I'd always step up from a budget level PSU (the CX series) regardless of wattage if i were into gaming in any meaningful way.
