So im looking to wire up some non PWM fans to my motherboard (fm2-a75ma-e35), which only has 2 system fan headers.

I'm looking to ditch an old stock corsair fan on my Carbide 200r (It makes a rattling sound on startup), and install 2 AF140s as top exhaust. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

I know these AF140s are three pin fans, but I was wondering if I could use this splitter from silverstone to have them powered off the one PWM port on my motherboard.

Im not looking for the PWm capabilities of the port, but simply if the fans will be functional under the conditions.

Thanks for the help.

Yes, you can use it for two fans because the MB fan header will provide 1 A. power, and the AF140 only has the 0.23A, so you are fine to use it.
