im building a budget amd for a friend he already have a casing,gfx,hdd and a psu so he only need a processor , mobo , ram and btw hes on a tight budget 
amd fx 6300
mobo: asrock 960gc gx - fx
ram:g skill 8 gb dual 1600mhz cl9
thats the only cheapest board that i can find here in our county if i go to 970 chipset the ram will be reduce to 4gb
so my question is the build is enough to work properly so i dont need to change the board to 970 and btw no OC needed
