i need tech support please help

yes today when i tried playing something on my computer my keyboard started randomly acting weird my tab is highlighting programs on my desktop and when i hit tab again it swaps to another app but when i get in game i hit esc to pull up the settings menu and it minimizes and it also minimizes when i hit alt what do i do?

i would do a full virus scan without network on in case .

Have you checked to make sure "Sticky Keys" is not turned on or enabled?
