Using a h100i everything is hooked up right been running this for awhile.

i5-4570

So here is the question, max temps i get during gaming is around 50-60C

Today i ran intel burn test just to see how the h100 would do, within 30 seconds my cpu temp is at 90C..... What is going on here.......

Please give me some insight.

I'd try reapplying thermal paste. Use isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free material to get the old stuff off, and apply some new thermal paste. AS5 or MX4 are my personal choices, though it doesn't make much difference.

Failing that, flip the rad for your H100i, see if intake is better than exhaust or vice-versa.

Also check there are no kinks in the hose, and check to see if one is hotter than the other when in use.

So I figured it out had to use double nylon washers on top of that I had to use a socket to torque the stud down, Now it works like its supposed to, Talked to corsair and they said they will be most likely releasing a fixed back plate for the mini it boards soon.
