I have one EVGA Reference cooling 780 Ti (not ACX), and I plan on getting a second reference GPU for 2-way SLI. My case has two fan slots on the side panel directly adjacent to the GPU PCIe slots where i will put two 120mm fans. My question is should I put them as exhausts or intakes?

Solution
Intakes. The reference designs exhaust their heat out of the back of the case, so you definitely don't want to add an exhaust on the side panel. Intakes will help provide them with cool air from outside the case.
