skyrim doesnt launch?

Solution

Well, there's not much you can do except uninstall your mods, and all of Skyrim and start over. And you'll need to delete your game saves if you've used them after the crashing began, because if you did that your saves already have corrupted leftover mod bits in them.

Just reinstalling Skyrim isn't enough since that doesn't get rid of the mods - You need to uninstall Skyrim and then delete your entire Skyrim folder on your own. Then you can reinstall Skyrim.

That's the best option, unfortunately.
Mods can break games - next time just use the ones you really want and test them after you install each one to make sure they work.

With the amount of information you provided I'm not surprised you haven't found a solution. Latest version of Steam and updates turned on? Hardware?

That one file that won't validate is normal for Skyrim, it's probably an .ini that gets changed each time you open the options or run the launcher.

As for the problem, you never answered whether you were using mods?
