First build, please help checking Parts

So im building my first computer and i wanted to be sure all of my parts were compatible and worth the money would y'all be able to help with that? These are my parts:


    Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

    Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

i would go with new chipset z97 motherboard also i would post your build from pcpartpicker.com so we can easily see the exact build and make adjustments

everything is good and compatible however im aware of the psu as CX version sucks so you should consider getting other version. whats your budget and where do you live? we can help you building one

My budgets around 1200$ and luckily i already have a friend coming to help build, but i just wanted more opininions before i laid down the cash. and do you have any suggestions for a different PSU, just one with more wattage?

ok here is what i could come up with for $1200 also if you buy motherboard and CPU at microcenter they usually have a deal to get $30 off the combo partpicked didnt have the motherboard on the list but i saw it at the store.
