That is a very little amount of money for a graphics card you're not going to get anything good and by the looks of it you have an old motherboard (and cpu) too. I would just save up money to get a new motherboard, cpu and gpu. I would save up 30,000-35,000rs to get a decent gaming computer.

try to save up and get this you might have to wait a little while but it will do very well at lower resolutions than 1080p

best and cheapest card I will suggest is an R7 240 1GB DDR5, DDR3 cards are not very good, compared to DDR5 memory, the difference is huge. Even if it's 2GB DDR3 vs 1GB DDR5, the 1GB DDR5 is much better.
