4gb ddr3 133mhz(upgrading to 8gb with the card).
Samsung DVD Combo drive

The PSU looks a bit edgy. You could run the R7-265 on it, but you might risk breaking the PSU since the brand is not really that good. Your CPU might bottleneck it, anyway.

500w is more then enough for that pc.
It's the amps on the 12v rail that's the main factor, i believe you need at least 24amps for a R7 265.

Its has twin 12v rails of 18A each which is equal to 36A total. Is that enough?

It not a great PSU, as mentioned.... but it should run a 265.
