The parts in New Zealand are very limited and usually more expensive :/
The Maximum i can spend will be around $1700 NZD
I will use it mainly for gaming such as Dota2 and Arma 2 (which is graphic intense)

Tanks for your feedback :p

Solution
get 2x4gb sticks for dual channel it will work faster also dont need 4gb ram on video card can get cheaper version with less 2gb ram could also cut some cost on the hard drive get 1TB with those cost cuts i would try to get a slightly better video card such as gtx 760 another thing i would consider is droping the ssd i know it will load windows slower and games but it would be worth it to get a better video card(it is a gaming pc so it is the most important part) here is what i adjusted i also left you room for a future upgrade since you would be $100 left over so when you save some extra could get an ssd upgrade(it is only $20 over budget to get the 840 evo 120gb ssd)

They have about the same performance, but the 770 is a better than the r9 280x. The 770 also runs cooler and quieter. The extra 1gb of vram on the r9 280x is good for running games higher than 1920x1080 resolution. You can also buy aftermarket 770s that have 4gb of vram for high-res gaming

EDIT: Sorry, I just found out that New Zealand stores do not have 4gb vram 770s
