I believe my SSD is conflicting with my HDD

I recently put my two HyperX 120GB SSDs in Raid0 but for some reason my boot time is about 2 minutes. I have good reason to believe that my newer SSD is conflicting with my 2TB Western Digital Cavier Black HDD. Earlier today I removed my newer (Only by a month) SSD and the computer booted up in 15 seconds. I reinstalled the SSD and it booted in about 2 minutes (and continues to do so) and this was prior to me putting them in raid0. Furthermore, when the SSD was out my 2TB drive was recognized in the bios where as now it does not. I do not understand why my 750GB HDD shows up though. I've check both Device manager and Disk management, but neither show my HDD. I've seen several threads similar to my problem but none quite the same. I'd appreciate any insight given on this matter. Thanks!

Also in the link, there are errors when you scroll down to the storage part that may be related but I am not sure.

Do you mean the SSD that are in the raid or that is the newer single SSD? You can try use the single newer SSD to see you can boot the like the old one in 15 sec, because the newer SSD may have problem.

Also you should disable the Hibernation mode and/or using the high power performance mode in win7. Check the Tweaks / Optimization section in Useful SSD Articles - Part 2 http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/270102-32-useful-articles-part or Step #7 and #16 http://www.thessdreview.com/ssd-guides/optimization-guides/the-ssd-optimization-guide-2/5/

I only have 2 SSD and they are both in raid but ever since I loaned my brother one of them it has never preformed the same. If I remove my 2TB HDD the newer SSD boots in about 15 seconds.

I did as much as I could from those guides.

Yes but on different ports. The SSDs are in 1-4 where my HDDs are in 5-6. However, even before I went raid0 my 2TB wasn't showing up when my "newer" SSD was installed.

When you install the OS into the SSD raid or not, usually I recommend disconnect all other storage drives, only the SSD and DVD/CD, in case some of the boot fold/files will go to the other storage drive, after done the installation, connect other storage drive back. In your case maybe that reason or something else.

I installed ASMEDIA but still no HDD and boot time is slow. I guess I'll redo RAID without the HDDs installed and reinstall windows.

I redid RAID0 and reinstalled windows without the HDDs installed. The boot without the 2TB HDD is about 9 seconds but as soon as I install it the boot was about 2 minutes. I am completely baffled by this. I can only access the HDD if an SSD is uninstalled. I also flashed my BIOS with no results.

You should connect the SSD raid into the SATA_0 and SATA_1, the regular HDD is in other port, and also you may use the USB for boot and install the OS, after you done the installation, you should change back the boot order like SSD=1st. From the images I only see the regular HDD and I can't see your SSD. The problem maybe related to the connection ( SSD and HDD, or USB) or the BIOS setting, check the MB manual.
