Hello,
I have been having some problems with stuttering on my PC. When I play Battlefield 4 on Ultra for example, I get about 70 frames per second, but the game stutters. Not in the sense that the game lags, because the FPS is still high and there is no lag, but in the sense that the game just stops or pauses, or "sticks" for a second. The game then catches up right away, but it happens a lot, and in other games too. I am using an Intel 4770k and a GTX 770 superclocked with 8GB RAM.
This never used to happen before, it just started one day. I had this problem a few weeks ago, and I fixed it by using my virus program to scan for and delete some viruses along with a bunch of junk files. That fixed the problem for a while, but now it is back.
What can I do to fix this?
Thanks.
