really low fps in spiderman 2 dont know why?

iv been getting like really low fps in games and i dont know why. like, in spiderman 2 my fps dropped to 20. and i have a fx 8350 +gtx 770+ 970 extreme 3 revision 2.0+cx600. its not the mobo or the graphics card because i just bought the graphics card and i just rma'ed the mobo , so it s not that. so it has to be the cpu or the power supply.

Your Vcore is a bit low but I think thtat its just idling.

The power supply 12V line is reading lower than I'd be happy with. But not completely out of whack. So it seems to me that your pc is working OK.

As I said, next is game and/or game client problems with the game.

Visit the Spiderman forums and see if anyone is having similar problems.

Phew - what a lot of f***ing around.

if anything im just gonna rma my power supply because my polling for my mouse goes out of whack also. i get 2k+ hertz on my polling rate, now when i never used to before. this all started when i was using my computer to charge my vaporizer. i used to keep it plugged in there and vape while my computer was charging it. i noticed that when i started doing that my +5v volts started to change from 5.088-5.064 to 5.064-5.044 .i feel like the vaporizer kinda damged my power supply.

what are u leaning more towards the cpu is the problem or the psu?
