I'd like to construct a gamer rig that can run games at fullHD, I dont need 2k, or 4k with muliple monitors... What I'd like is occasionally stream/record my game playes, so I'd like to be able to use shadowplay recording tool from nvidia.
What games I play the most: Tf2, CS-Go, Heroes VI, Carmageddon Reincarnation, WoW and if the next year the UT4 is coming out with its new unreal engine, I'd like to be able to run it on max res (fullHD) with at least mid graphical settings.

My budget is around 800-1000 converted to usd, but I also need to buy a new monitor ( yet another struggle whether or not should I go for 60 or 120Hz - I'd like at least 21 inch )

For the rig spec:

Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0 -
Processor: AMD FX-6300 4c 3.5ghz
RAM memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 8gb (2x4)
Graphics: ASUS GTX660-DC2O-2GD5 GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Harddrive: Seagate Barracuda 2 Tb
PSU: ZM700-gt 700w

What do you think of this one? Any ideas what could I replace? Oh, and about the case, for me it doesnt matter how big or noisy it is, only one thing, if its future proof, so I could add one more gpu if needed.

Thank you in advance!
