Stable overclock help!! please

FX 6300 4.0ghz not much of an overclock just under cpu turbo speed running small ffts prime95 max temp 40c can i leave settings as they are if im happy with it ?? Thanks for help bit of a noob question

Another update 1.42volts at 4.2ghz small ffts 45c temp so far 5 mins in i think ill keep this 4.2 stable im happy will this sorten life of components due to higher volts speed plus a bit more heat ??? Thanka in advance
