Is a 550w PSU sufficient for significantly OC'd GTX 770?

I'm pulling the trigger on a Zotac GTX 770 Amp Edition (factory overclocked). It should play well with my other components but I'm a little worried that my current GXII 550w PSU won't be able to handle it.

I've read that a decent 550w PSU should be able to handle even an overclocked 770 but I've sinced been informed my particular model seems to OC higher than some popular cards (ASUS DC2 OC & Palit's Jetstream IIRC). I brushed it off earlier but now that I'm closer to buying it I've gotten myself worried :p

Am I worried over nothing or do I absolutely need to upgrade my PSU (or get a base 770 instead)?

I'm somewhat new to this so any informative responses would be appreciated.

My current components:
Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.4GHz
ASUS P8Z77-V LK
8gb DDR3 @ 668MHz
1tb Seagate Barracuda
CM GXII 550w
GTX560ti (will be swapped with the 770)

Seems fine, as far as I can tell your PSU is rated for 528W on the 12V line alone and your whole machine will likely be using less than 350. You'd probably be looking at using about 60-65% of your rated capacity which is just about the sweet spot for efficiency on most power supplies.

Thanks for the responses guys! I feel sufficiently assured now :)

I'm confused. I'm certain I bought a Silverline DIMM 992002 (DDR3 1600MHZ) (and the packaging + labels on the sticks confirm this) but speccy says I've a "8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz (9-9-9-24)".

Can anyone enlighten me as to what's going on here?

Here's a shot of my Speccy:
