MY Toshiba Canvio 3 0 External Hard Drive doesn't show up under myPC

I Bought a toshiba HD Canvio I plugged into my mac to make a backup of it and it say that I had to format it to MacOS Exteneded (Journaled) I did that and completed my mac backup. Now I'M trying to use as a mass storage (As every storage drive should work) on another computer (Windows 8), The computer sees the hard drive and its label as Toshiba HD 3.0, but it doesnt show under any folder (or myPC).

Any ideas?
is the device hidden under myPC folder?

You formatted it on the MAC. The PC can't read the file system with which you formatted it. Pretty much expected.

You can either find software for the PC to read disks in that format, or you can re-format the drive to one of the few formats that both the Mac and the PC can read. Let us know which way you want to go and we will look up the information.
