PC mobo and cpu upgrade

Hello

I am looking to upgrade my mobo and my cpu for now but later on I plan to upgrade the other parts of my PC as well.My current build is
Mobo:ASROCK G41C-GS
CPU:Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6550@2,33Ghz
GPU:ATI radeon hd 5650
Power supply:ALLIED SL-8500BTX 500W
Ram: 1x8GB kingston kvr1333d3n9
HDD:SEAGATE ST320LM001 320GB

and the CPU and Mobo components that I have found are
CPU:INTEL CORE I5-3350P 3.10GHZ
Mobo:ASROCK B85M PRO4

What do you think?Also my budget is 300$.

P.S I want to be able to run several programming tools like Visual studio or Eclipse easily and games in reasonable fps and quality

those are decent/ budget upgrades but you're going to want to upgrade your GPU as well. what games do you plan on playing and at what quality do you expect them to be?
EDIT: according to your parts that you picked out the mobo supports 1150 CPUs. you picked a 1155 CPU. you may want to review that

Thanks for noticing. I've found another motherboard

What do you think about this motherboard?
Also, I am going to upgrade my GPU later on to a better one but for now I think my current one will suffice.
