Hi everyone,

I had so much fun building a gaming rig that I would now like to build a multitasking system for office use. This will include data analysis and calculations, not just word processing etc.

It took me awhile to decide between the i7 4770K and the FX-9370, but I ended up going with the i7. Various benchmark data sets consistently showed the i7 performing better on everything (performance, floating point calculations) except sheer speed, where the FX won slightly. I also chose a new z97 motherboard, which I won't be maximizing initially but would like to have for the future. I welcome any opinions on the components.

I also wanted the i7 for the integrated graphics as I don't want to purchase a video card unless I really need it. I've read that the HD4600 is quite good, which leads to my specific question. I want dual monitors (ASUS IPS 23 in., 1920x1080 that I already own), but again I won't be doing anything graphics intensive. I've read that the HD4600 is more than capable of dual monitor support, and I should be able to run both at native resolution. The motherboard I've chosen has 2 HDMI outputs. Can I use one HDMI output for each monitor? This seems like it should be intuitive, but everything I see has one monitor connected via HDMI and the other connected via DVI/VGA. It's never both via HDMI, and I'm not sure if this is because most motherboards don't have two HDMI ports or if there is some other issue. I assume that because the board has two HDMI ports, it should be possible.

Thank you for your time.
