Ya so this is a pretty noob question but I can't seem to move the screws on the retention plate of my coolermaster hyper 212 evo (image below):

It defaulted on the inside screws but I need to move them to the middle holes but can't seem to move them. Do you just force them over because I don't see a way to take them out and it's hard to move and don't want to apply excessive pressure in case that's the wrong thing to do.
