It's a quality PSU, but that GPU and CPU need a lot of power to run. It might work, but I wouldn't recommend it as you would be putting quite a strain on the PSU.

In my humble opinion, you should get the 650W version of that PSU.

It MIGHT run it , but the psu doesn't provide enough wattage
so like eduello said get the 650w version of that psu

As long as it's from their TX, HX or AX line of products. The other ones are bad quality.
