On my current PC I have a 2TB HDD with many documents and films, software (MS Office, Photoshop, etc.) and 100+ Steam games. I am getting a new PC once I have the money:

It has a 250GB SSD and a 3TB HDD. I also have a 2TB external HDD.
Can I transfer my Steam games, savefiles, and software, documents, etc. onto the new system? If so, do some things have to be stored on the SSD (programs, etc.) or can you store them wherever?
(Re-downloading lots of files/games is not an option with my download speeds)
