No official research has been done, but the Barracuda drives tend to get more of these problems than...
Build looks pretty good, The challenger case is in the same price range (mid 40s) as the one you selected but has better cooling and cable managmenet then the galaxy.

A 650w PSU would be plenty for you and will shave a good $40 off of your build cost. You can get a Seasonic, xfx, or rosewill hive/capstone PSU in that power range for $65-70

If you wanted to apply that savings to an even better case the fractial design r4 is a very nice case for the $100 range (often on special for $80)

Different question please learn how to read

Both of the threads are essentially asking: "Is this a good build?" I meant no disrespect, it's just that you haven't answered the older thread giving the impression that you don't appreciate the help you've been given.

Link the hard drive please?

I wouldn't recommend Seagate (even though I use their drives ATM); Their HDDs tend to fail a lot compared to other manufacturers. The Western Digital drive is what I would have recommended myself.

The Seagate Barracuda drives actually have a reported problem with reallocated sectors (Happening with my 2nd HDD, although slower than usually). This is why I called them unreliable.

No official research has been done, but the Barracuda drives tend to get more of these problems than others. Keep in mind that most drives still won't fail like this, it's just that Barracuda drivers have this problem more often than others.
