Multiple Blue Screen Errors - Windows 7 Professional

Hello, I do not have much knowledge in computer problems. Recently, my computer has been getting multiple blue screen errors. I have had at least 8 different kinds including BAD_POOL_HEADER, PAGE_FALT, WRITE READ ONLY, and multiple STOP errors. Could someone please help me solve the issues. It has gotten so bad that I can not even work much on the computer because it crashes every 45 mins or so. It is a work computer so I cannot afford to have it crash entirely.

ok the first one should be fixed by dowloading this patch http://support.microsoft.com/kb/977186. the second one however is likey a hardware problem and thas about the limit of my knoledge (plus a lot of google-fu

I opened event viewer, where do I go from there? I'm not sure what info to give you.
