Laptop not connecting via wifi after fibre optic upgrade

Was a new router part of your upgrade?
Check to see that your SSID and WiFi password on your laptop corresponds to that on your (new?) router.
If you don't know how to do that, call the support number for your new internet provider, they'll be able to help you.
