i have a pc with intel pentium dual core 2.8ghz processor with intel hd graphics and 2 gb ram..(i know it sucks).......and a laptop with these specs,processor-i5 2.4 ghz,RAM-4gb,GPU-gt720m.

i want to ask that should i add 2 gb ram in laptop or in pc???
if in laptop then can i be able to play latest games like watch dogs,wolfenstien:new order and bf 4???

I'm not entirely sure that adding 2gb to either would make that much of a difference. If you're a PC Gamer, I recommend saving that $ as well as another $800ish more and buy/build a new desktop when you're ready. Your laptop specs are fine for the moment.
