I think my hard drive might be failing i've only had it for about 9 months now. I've ran seatools and the SMART option on speedfan, and it passes on both. How do I know which values are dangerous when looking at smart?

Noise is never good. FIRST, BACKUP ALL YOU DATA ON THE HARD DRIVE TO AN EXTERNAL THING. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BACKUP DEVICE, BUY ONE ASAP.

Then, run the standard battery of stress tests to see what's up, like Eduello said. Run chkdisk too. (windows tool. google it)
