My final question for today. Can anyone see anything wrong with this, i am unable to spend any more than this and any minor changes that could help or reduce the price would be appreciated. Also, the same goes with the monitor please.

I intend on overclocking as much as possible wherever possible.
I'm new to these forums and also the whole building your own computer thing so any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)

You won't need that many case fans like 2 - 3 would be enough.
It is unlikely you will need 3TB of HDD space so you could get rid of the extra 1TB.
If you plan on using the PC for gaming 16GB of RAM might not be necessary unless you want bragging rights
Otherwise that looks like a great build

Wow, that's a lot of case fans!

Excellent build, If I didn't live in Canada, I would invite myself over to your place to test out the newest games.

If you haven't purchased it yet I have a few suggestions;

1) Intel's new Haswell refresh CPU's come out in June (k-series also known as Devil's Canon). These should be better for overclocking then the 4770k, and I believe the prices will be the same. Article; http://www.legitreviews.com/intel-devils-canyon-processors-might-be-worth-waiting-for_141704

2) To save a few $, I would go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 cpu cooler. It's the most widely used CPU cooler on the market.

3) PSU, I would also consider going with a Bronze/Silver/Gold rated power supply to save a few $

4) Case, Excellent choice but does come at a premium $

5) you mentioned your intentions to Overclock, you might want to consider a gaming motherboard like ROG from ASUS, or a OC MB from Gigabyte. The Z97 boards just came out which will be slightly better then the Z87's. Perhaps someone with more MB knowledge can advise you on this.

6) If you're into gaming I would recommend a better mouse and headset (perhaps keyboard too, but not needed). Kingston cloud "something" (sorry no link) just received a perfect score in this months issue of PC Format, it's about $100. For Mouse, If you have medium to large hands, go with the Razer Deathadder 2014. Go to your local store to test out a few on display to see which feels most comfortable in your hand.
