Well I have an old Sh**y monitor not even 17 inch
and i'm wondering will low resolution will increase the FPS or what ?

Yes. You generally get better FPS on lower resolutions, your GPU does not have to load as many pixels.

Yes, it will affect performance, the higher resolution, means that the GPU has to display high res textures. Affecting performance overall.

you can have at least playble or even good fps at 1080p, depending the rest of your hardware with that gpu, the bigger the resolution , the more demanding games become! anyway 1080p is pretty standard these days, it will provide better overall gaming experience.!
