Need a mini its board suggestions please!

Im trying to make a mini itx computer!
heres what i need it to do
1. be able to over clock
2. have socket 1150
3. 1600mhz ram support

Also one last question, does the i5 that i would be getting have to have a 'k' on the end of the numbers to be able to overclock?

And yes, if you plan to overclock, you need the 'k' version of the cpu.
